William has always been a storyteller and 'strategist' working for over 25 years in advertising at some largest agencies in the UK and US. (Ogilvy, BBDO, JWT, R/GA).
In 2010 he leapt into the digital world at R/GA, where he was the first Global Chief Strategy Officer. There he had the chance to rethink everything he thought he knew (as he continues to do). He devised new methods, new frameworks and new skillsets that helped clients live their brand, through the creation of belief systems, operating systems and ecosystems that connect product, services, experiences and communications.
Robert's passion is finding, creating and telling stories. He has over 15 years experience in the production and creation of world-class films, advertising, events and digital content. In film, he has worked in sound, camera, lights and art. In advertising he has been producer, creative director, director and senior producer at R/GA's in-house digital studio.
Rob has worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and is a veteran who served on activated for duty in the Persian Gulf. He served with distinction in Operation Desert Shield in Saudi Arabia and Operation Desert Storm in Iraq and Kuwait. Little phases him!
